How could we possibly know? 

One, they have the courage and belief in self needed to take fate into their own hands.  They are willing to rely on themselves.  Two, they are actively protecting our mother earth by using a machine that is reusable and keeps tons of waste out of the system, while being all natural and preservative-free.  Three, they are innovating and creating, joining in the proud tradition of beer makers dating from centuries ago.
